Pam Howden is a light blend waterlily. 

I had 2 Pam Howden plants this year....giving her a chance to WOW me. One bloomed, one did not, unfortunately, the tubers got mixed together. I cannot guarantee on this one that you will receive Pam Howden. Gar Davidson introduced this variety in 1995.
